Facebook and Twitter Both Blocked in Egypt [Updated] The Reality

Update: A member of Facebook’s PR team tweeted that although Facebook is aware of disruptions to service, the company has not seen any major changes in traffic from Egypt.

As security forces in Egypt attempted to break up protests on the street using water cannons and tear gas Wednesday morning, it appears that Egypt also took further efforts to quell opposition online. The government has now apparently blocked Facebook, in addition to Twitter.

Several reports on Tuesday indicated that Twitter had been blocked in order to prevent videos, photos and other details from the protests from being broadcast. Twitter confirmed Tuesday evening that the site had been blocked in Egypt starting at about 8 a.m. PST.

Now, many are reporting on Twitter, and in e-mails sent to Mashable, that Facebook is also blocked throughout the country. Facebook has consistently been reported to be blocked since Wednesday morning, according to HerdictWeb, a site by the Berkman Center for Internet & Society at Harvard University that crowdsources reports of inaccessible websites.

Facebook, if it is blocked, is an unsurprising target for censorship. Anti-government activists used the social network to plan the protests, gathering the support of 90,000 users who agreed to attend the event.

We’ve reached out to Facebook for comment, and we’ll update this post with more news once we receive a response.

لم يتمكن العديد من مستخدمي موقع "فيس بوك" للتواصل الاجتماعي الشهير في مصر من دخوله يوم الاربعاء 26 يناير/كانون الثاني، فيما تعرض الموقع إلى عمليات تشويش وبطء شديد. هذا وافادت مصادر اعلامية ان السلطات المصرية اغلقت الموقع. 

ويأتي ذلك بعد المظاهرات الغاضبة التى دعا إليها مجموعة من النشطاء على الإنترنت من خلال المواقع الاجتماعية، فيما لا يزال موقع تويتر الاجتماعى مغلقا حتى الآن.

هذا وقد تخطى عدد مستخدمى الفيس بوك فى مصر حاجز الـ3 ملايين فى الربع الثالث من 2010.

من جانبها أكدت الشركة التي تدير موقع التواصل الاجتماعي "تويتر" أن موقعها تم حجبه في مصر، مضيفة "نعتقد ان التبادل الحر للمعلومات ووجهات النظر يفيد المجتمعات ويساعد الحكومات على التواصل بشكل أفضل مع شعوبها".

من جانبها قالت متحدثة باسم "فيس بوك" في لندن في بيان ان الموقع على علم بالتقرير بشأن حجب خدماته في مصر، مضيفا" انه لم يلحظ تغييرات كبيرة في الدخول على الموقع من مصر".

واشارت المتحدثة الى انه "بعدما بحثنا الامر نحن على دراية بالانباء عن تعطيل الخدمة ولكننا لم نشهد تغيرات كبيرة في حجم الدخول على الموقع من مصر."

وشكل موقع "فيس بوك" وسيلة اتصال رئيسية للمحتجين الذين خرجوا للشوارع احتجاجا على حكم الرئيس المصري حسني مبارك.

 كلينتون تحث الحكومة المصرية على عدم غلق وسائل الاتصال

من جانبها حثت وزيرة الخارجية الامريكية هيلاري كلينتون الحكومة المصرية على عدم منع الاحتجاجات السلمية أو منع الاتصالات بما في ذلك مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي مثل "فيس بوك" و"تويتر". وقالت ان المظاهرات الحاشدة اعطت السلطات المصرية "فرصة مهمة" لاجراء اصلاحات واسعة النطاق.

واضافت كلينتون ان الولايات المتحدة تدعم حقوق الشعب المصري في حرية التعبير والتجمع وتكوين الجمعيات، مضيفة ان الادارة الامريكية تامل أن تعمل الحكومة المصرية على تلبية التطلعات المشروعة لشعبها.

من جهته قال متحدث باسم الحكومة المصرية يوم الاربعاء ان الحكومة المصرية نفت أن تكون قد حجبت مواقع اجتماعية على الانترنت مثل "تويتر" و"فيس بوك"، قائلة انها تحترم حرية التعبير وتسعى لحمايتها.

وقال المتحدث مجدي راضي ان الحكومة لن تلجأ لمثل هذه الأساليب

واحتشد الاف من مناهضي الحكومة أمام دار القضاء العالي بوسط القاهرة متحدين بذلك حظرا فرضته السلطات على تجديد الاحتجاجات.

وردد المحتجون "الشعب يريد إسقاط النظام". وفي وقت سابق من يوم الأربعاء فرق رجال الشرطة المتواجدون بكثافة حشدا من العشرات حاولوا تنظيم احتجاج خارج دار القضاء العالي.

من جانبه قال وزير الخارجية الالماني جيدو فسترفيله ان على مصر أن تحترم حقوق شعبها ودعا كل الاطراف الى الاحجام عن العنف.

وقال فسترفيله "يجب احترام حقوق الانسان الاساسية والحقوق المدنية وحرية الرأي والتجمع وحرية الصحافة في مصر"، مضيفا ان "احترام الشعب وحقوق الانسان هو أفضل سبيل للاستقرار".

الشرطة تحاصر قرية سوق الثلاثاء وتضربها بالقنابل المسيلة للدموع

هذا ونقلت وكالة "رويترز" عن شهود عيان قوله ان قوات الامن المصرية حاصرت قرية سوق الثلاثاء في محافظة كفر الشيخ بدلتا النيل يوم الاربعاء وتضربها بالقنابل المسيلة للدموع.

وتمت محاصرة القرية بعد دعوة سكانها من مكبرات صوت في مساجد الى قطع الطريق الدولي القريب منها في نطاق الاحتجاج الذي بدأ يوم الثلاثاء باسم "يوم الغضب". وتمنع قوات الامن دخول القرية حتى للصحفيين.

هذا وأفادت وكالة "رويترز" نقلا عن مصدر أمني وشهود عيان ان عشرات المحتجين المصريين تجمعوا يوم الأربعاء في وسط القاهرة ومدينتي المحلة الكبرى ودمياط، لكن أعدادا كبيرة من قوات الامن أسرعت لتفريقه

Zuckerberg says it's time for Facebook to become a "Social Business"

The 2.8+ million followers of the Mark Zuckerberg page on Facebook saw an unusual update hit their walls yesterday from the firm’s founder and CEO.

Mark Zuckerberg’s fan page on Facebook briefly featured a post, complete with misspellings, indicating he would consider a whole new revenue model for the social media titan: If facebook needs money, instead of going to the banks, why doesn’t Facebook let its users invest in Facebook in a social way? Why not transform Facebook into a ‘social business’ the way Nobel Price winner Muhammad Yunus described it?

The shortened link pointed to the Wikipedia entry for “Social Business”. In a social business, the objective is to address some social cause as the firm’s reason for existence. The concept is credited largely to Bangladeshi economist and Nobel Peace Prize winner Muhammad Yunus. Owners and investors can recoup their initial monetary outlay, but nothing beyond that, as profits are used exclusively to improve the company’s ability to achieve its stated mission.

With Yunus that business is Grameen Bank, a bank that provides small loans to poor people without requiring collateral.

The hash tag reference #hackercup2011 refers to Facebook’s Hacker Cup, an annual programming competition, although the reference makes little sense here.

TechCrunch is declaring the page was hacked, however Facebook has not said one way or the other what happened. If it was Mark, he probably did not discuss this model with his new investors, courtesy of Goldman Sachs, ahead of time. Most of them are probably not up for running Facebook as a business that does not deliver a return to its investors.

If the page was hacked, and it likely was, give the attacker credit for posting a message that actually sounds like it could have come from Zuckerberg, instead of something like “owned by insert name here“

The wrong kind of sharing: Mark Zuckerberg's Facebook page hacked

Mark Zuckerberg's Facebook page has been hacked by an unknown person who posted a status update suggesting that the site should let people invest in it rather than going to the banks.

The page belonging to the 26-year-old Zuckerberg, the Facebook founder who was named Time's Man of the Year in 2010, was hacked some time on Tuesday.

The message left by the hacker read: ""Let the hacking begin: If facebook needs money, instead of going to the banks, why doesn't Facebook let its users invest in Facebook in a social way? Why not transform Facebook into a 'social business' the way Nobel Prize winner Muhammad Yunus described it? What do you think? #hackercup2011".

That seems to be a reference to reports that Facebook has been valued at around $50bn following investments made by Goldman Sachs and a Russian venture capital firm. There have been rumours that the company is either preparing for a stock market flotation or that the shares purchased by Goldman Sachs would be sold on to rich investors who want to benefit from the company's burgeoning success.

Embarrassingly for Facebook, more than 1800 people "liked" the update before the company took down its chief executive's page. Facebook has made no public statement about how the hack occurred.

It is not clear how the break-in occurred, said Graham Cluley, senior technology consultant at the security company Sophos. "Mark Zuckerberg might be wanting to take a close look at his privacy and security settings after this embarrassing breach," he noted. "It's not clear if he was careless with his password, was phished, or sat down in a Starbucks and got sidejacked [had his login details stolen over the air] while using an unencrypted wireless network. But however it happened, it's left egg on his face just when Facebook wants to reassure users that it takes security and privacy seriously. Maybe Mr Zuckerberg would be wise to get a refresher on computer security best practice."

More likely though is that Zuckerberg's page is handled by a number of people, and that one of them might have had their access details stolen or guessed, which would give an attacker the same access to the page.

The only clue left by the hacker was a link embedded in the status update to a specific revision of a Wikipedia page about "social business", which differs from the current page in one prominent link, and another link to a photo for Facebook's "Hacker Cup" - described as "an annual worldwide programming competition where hackers compete against each other for fame, fortune, glory and a shot at the coveted Hacker Cup" - whose final rounds will be held at Facebook's own headquarters on 11 March.

Facebook had not responded to requests for comment when this story was filed.

The hack comes just days after the Facebook account belonging to the French president Nicolas Sarkozy was also hacked to suggest that he was resigning; on regaining control of the account, Sarkozy pointed out that he plans to run for president again next year.

Egypt officials: up to 200 protesters were detained during nationwide protests

Egypt's security officials say up to 200 protesters have been detained during clashes with thousands of Tunisia-inspired demonstrators demanding an end to President Hosni Mubarak's authoritarian rule The officials said more people are likely to be detained as authorities review police video tapes of the nationwide protests. A policeman and two protesters were killed in Tuesday's clashes and some 250 wounded. The protests were Egypt's biggest in years and are likely to fuel dissent in a presidential election year. The officials spoke on condition of anonymity because they were not authorized to speak to the media. Thousands of riot police deployed across Cairo on Wednesday, but the city remained quiet by late morning with no sign of fresh protests.

Egypt activists call for second day of protests 2011

Calm returned to the streets of Cairo on Wednesday after demonstrations demanding an end to Egypt's President Hosni Mubarak's 30-year rule, as protest leaders asked followers to regroup for a second day of action Police fired teargas and water cannon in the early hours of Wednesday to disperse protesters who occupied the Egyptian capital's central Tahrir square into the night. Streets were mostly back to normal by morning, with some shops shut but traffic flowing. Two protesters and one policeman were killed in clashes and protests that erupted on Tuesday in several Egyptian cities, where demonstrators angry at poverty and repression have been inspired by this month's downfall of the leader of Tunisia. Opposition group Sixth of April Youth movement called on its Facebook page for protests to continue on Wednesday "and after tomorrow, until Mubarak's departure." Security forces said protesters would not be permitted to reassemble. A Reuters witness saw at least 10 riot trucks leaving a Cairo army base in mid-morning. "Change must happen. It must," said a butcher in central Cairo who asked to be identified simply as "an Egyptian." "That's life -- the old go and the young come with new ideas." Police took back control of Tahrir square by dawn after sporadic clashes through the night. Demonstrators had taken over major roads and blocked traffic across the capital. "Down, Down Hosni Mubarak," protesters chanted after fleeing from the square in the early morning hours. Some threw stones at police, who charged them with batons to prevent the protesters returning to the square after it was cleared by using teargas. "Bullies," fleeing protesters shouted. Others cried: "You are not men." Police sprayed a water cannon on protesters and moved in rows into the square. Washington, a close ally and major donor, called for restraint. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton said Mubarak's government was stable and seeking ways to meet Egyptians' needs. "The Egyptian government has an important opportunity to be responsive to the aspirations of the Egyptian people and pursue political, economic and social reforms that can improve their lives and help Egypt prosper," a White House statement said. Twitter, the Internet messaging service that has been one of the main methods used by demonstrators to organise, said it had been blocked in Egypt. In a message, the company wrote: "We believe that the open exchange of info & views benefits societies & helps govts better connect w/ their people." Demonstrators on Tuesday tore up pictures of the president and his son, Gamal, who many Egyptians say is being groomed for office. Both Gamal and his father deny any such plan. As cleaners swept the last debris from central Cairo's streets, state newspaper Al-Masry al-Youm arrived at newsstands with a red, one-word headline: "Warning." "The difference is great between freedom of expression and chaos," Safwat el-Sherif, the secretary general of the ruling National Democratic Party told state newspaper al-Akhbar. DAY OF WRATH in EGYPT "Tomorrow, don't go to work. Don't go to college. We will all go down to the streets and stand hand in hand for you our Egypt. We will be millions," wrote one activist on Facebook. A government source said ministers had been told to ensure staff returned to work on Wednesday and did not join protests. Web activists, who called for Tuesday's "Day of Wrath" against poverty and repression, have become some of the most vociferous critics of Mubarak and his three decades in office. Their complaints echo those of fellow Arabs in Tunisia: soaring food prices, a lack of jobs and authoritarian rule that usually crushes protests swiftly and with a heavy hand. Tuesday's demonstrations brought many thousands onto the streets of Cairo and several other cities in a coordinated wave of anti-government protests not witnessed since Mubarak came to office in 1981 after Anwar Sadat was assassinated by Islamists. The population is growing 2 percent a year and has a "youth bulge," with some 60 percent under 30 years old, including 90 percent of jobless Egyptians. About 40 percent of citizens live on less than $2 a day and a third are illiterate. Demands by the protesters were posted on Facebook and passed around Tahrir square on slips of paper before police moved in. They included calling for Mubarak to step down, Prime Minister Ahmed Nazif to quit, parliament to be dissolved and the formation of a national government. A union activist repeated the demands to the crowd in the square by megaphone. Protests on Tuesday also erupted in Alexandria, cities across the Nile Delta and in Suez and Ismailia, east of Cairo. Two protesters in Suez were killed by rubber bullets, security and medical sources said. قوات الامن تحاول تفريق المظاهرات بميدان التحرير بالقوة

ميدان التحرير قبل تدخل قوات الامن

في هجوم مباغت من قوات الامن على المعتصمين الان بميدان التحرير - الواحدة بعد منتصف ليل الثلاثاء - حيث قامت قوات الأمن بادخال سيارات مدرعة وسط المتظاهرين ، وتم استخدام القنابل المسيلة للدموع بين الجمهور واستخدام صواعق كهربائية ضد المتظاهرين .

وقال شاهد عيان ان الدخان يحجب الرؤيه والقنابل المسيله للدموع فى كل مكان والمتظاهرين يتفرقون فى الشوارع الجانبيه بالاضافة لاعتقال كل من تطاله يد الامن . 

وعلى جانب اخر الهدوء يعم مدينة الاسكندرية بعد فض المتظاهرون اعتصامهم على اتفاق بمواصلة التظاهر بميدان المنشيه غدا ، وعلى العكس في مدينتي المحلة والسويس لازال المتظاهرون في الشوارع .

ووردت انباء عن حدوث العديد من الاصابات العشوائية من الصعق الكهربائي الذي يستخدمه الأمن حالا وحالات اختناق بين المتظاهرين من القنابل المسيلة للدموع

اضراب عام مصري - ناشطون يدعون المصريين للدخول في إضراب عام

تفريق المتظاهرين وفض اعتصامهم في منطقة ميدان التحرير

بعد أن نجحت قوات الأمن في تفريق المتظاهرين وفض اعتصامهم في منطقة ميدان التحرير بوسط القاهرة ومطاردتهم في الشوارع الجانبية، انتشرت دعوات على موقع التواصل العالمي 'فيسبوك' تطالب كافة المواطنين المصريين بإعلان العصيان المدني بعد العنف والاعتداءات الي تعرض لها المشاركون في تظاهران 'يوم الغضب'.
وناشد حقوقيون ونشطاء سياسيون كافة الموطنين بعدم الذهاب لأعمالهم يومي الأربعاء والخميس والدخول في إضراب عام، حتى تتم الاستجابة لمطالبهم وإلغاء حالة الطوارئ وإجراء إصلاحات سياسية واجتماعية واقتصادية.
وفضت قوات الأمن الاعتصام الذي أصر عليه المتظاهرون مع الساعات الأولى من صباح الأربعاء، مستخدمة القنابل المسيلة للدموع والرصاص المطاطي لتفريق المتظاهرين ومطاردتهم في الشوارع الجانبية الأمر الذي اضطر معه المتظاهرون إلى الفرار باتجاه ميدان رمسيس مع تواتر أنباء عن اشتباكات عنيفة بين بعض المتظاهرين مناطق السبتية وشبرا.
واعتقلت قوات الأمن عشرات المتظاهرين واقتادتهم إلى معسكر السلام، في حين وقعت إصابات واختناقات عديدة في صفوف المتظاهرين جراء الدخان الكثيف المتصاعد من القنابل المسيلة للدموع.
ووقع ثلاثة ضحايا في صفوف المتظاهرين بالسويس وجندي من قوات الأمن المركزي بالقاهرة، جراء المواجهات بين المتظاهرين وقوات الأمن والتي وصلت ذروتها مع إعلان المتظاهرين اعتزامهم الاعتصام والمبيت بميدان التحرير.
وكان الاف المواطنين المصريين من نشطاء ومعارضين قد خرجوا إلى الشوارع الثلاثاء في مظاهرات للاحتجاج على الفقر والبطالة، ومرددين هتافات تندد بالحكومة وبالرئيس مبارك، فيما حذرت الداخلية النشطاء وقالت انهم سيواجهون الاعتقال اذا مضوا قدماً في تنظيم تلك الاحتجاجا

ثلاثة قتلى وعشرات الجرحى في احتجاجات بمصر ضد حكم مبارك

طالب الاف المصريين بانهاء حكم الرئيس حسني مبارك الممتد منذ 30 عاما وقتل ثلاثة اشخاص في احتجاجات غير مسبوقة في انحاء البلاد يوم الثلاثاء استلهمت الثورة التي اطاحت بالرئيس التونسي زين العابدين بن علي.

وقالت مصادر امنية ان مجندا بالشرطة لقي حتفه في اشتباكات بين الشرطة والمحتجين بوسط القاهرة وان قتيلين سقطا في مدينة السويس في شرق البلاد.

واضافوا ان العشرات اصيبوا في مظاهرات في انحاء البلاد دعا اليها نشطاء عبر الانترنت.وقال مصدر أمني ان 36 من افراد الشرطة اصيبوا "واستشهد المجند احمد عزيز من قوات الامن المركزي متأثرا باصابة بالرأس نتيجة قصف بالحجارة.

"وهتف المحتجون في القاهرة "يسقط يسقط حسني مبارك". 

واستخدمت الشرطة قنابل الغاز المسيل للدموع ومدفع مياه في حين قذفها المحتجون بالزجاجات والحجارة.وضربت الشرطة بعض المتظاهرين بالعصي بقوة. وأظهر محتجون اخرون صمودا نادرا في مواجهة عملية امنية ضخمة وطاردوا بعض افراد الشرطة في شوارع جانبية. 

واظهرت لقطات لتلفزيون رويترز رجل شرطة ينضم للمتظاهرين.وفي الاسكندرية قلب المحتجون عربة للشرطة ومزقوا صورة لمبارك (82 عاما) وابنه جمال الذي يعتقد كثير من المصريين انه يجري اعداده لتولي المنصب حين يتنحى والده. وينفي الاثنان ذلك.

وفي القاهرة هتف المحتجون الذين خرجوا استجابة لدعوة عبر الانترنت "يا جمال قول لابوك كل الشعب بيكرهوك".ويعاني المصريون من نفس المشاكل التي دفعت التونسيين الى الشوارع مثل ارتفاع اسعار المواد الغذائية والفقر والبطالة والحكم المطلق الذي يكبح الاحتجاجات الشعبية سريعا وبأسلوب وحشي في الاغلب. وهتف محتجون "تونس.. تونس" اثناء المظاهرات.

ودعت الولايات المتحدة وهي حليف وثيق لمصر ومانح كبير للمساعدات كل الاطراف الى التحلي بضبط النفس لتجنب العنف.وقالت وزيرة الخارجية الامريكية هيلاري كلينتون ""تقديرنا هو ان الحكومة المصرية مستقرة وتبحث عن سبل للاستجابة لحاجات الشعب المصري ومصالحه المشروعة."وقال شهود عيان ان الاحتجاجات في القاهرة والمدن الاخرى ربما اجتذبت 20 الف شخص او اكثر. 

وقال بيان لوزارة الداخلية ان اكثر من عشرة الاف شخص تجمعوا في ميدان التحرير وحده بوسط القاهرة لكنها لم تعط تقديرا لاجمالي المتظاهرين في باقي الاماكن.ويصعب اعطاء تقدير دقيق بسبب انتشار المظاهرات كما أن وسائل الاعلام الحكومية لا تعطي سوى اشارة خاطفة لمثل هذه الاحداث.

وتجتذب الاحتجاجات المصرية عادة بضع مئات من الناس. وتكتسب احداث يوم الثلاثاء قوة غير مسبوقة منذ تولي مبارك السلطة عام 1981 بسبب الاعداد الكبيرة وحقيقة ان الاحتجاجات في العديد من المدن نسقت بطريقة لم يسبق لها مثيل.وقال المحلل نبيل عبد الفتاح ان ما يحدث يوم الثلاثاء تحذير مهم للنظام. 

واضاف انها امتداد للاحباط المكبوت والاحتجاجات المستمرة. وقال ان الامر الجديد ايضا انه توجد اجيال جديدة تستخدم ادوات جديدة.واضاف ان الاحتجاج يمكن ان يكتسب قوة دفع ما لم تتحرك الدولة سريعا للتعامل مع مطالب الاصلاح.وفي ظل تفكك أغلب جماعات المعارضة الرسمية وضعفها قاد نشطاء الانترنت الدعوات لمظاهرات الثلاثاء التي وصفت بأنها "يوم غضب" ضد الفقر والقمع.

وأظهر نشطاء الانترنت من خلال اجتذاب متظاهرين بهذه الاعداد ان دعواتهم للتغيير السياسي يمكن ان تصل لجمهور واسع. وحتى الان كان التعبير عن معظم الغضب يقتصر على صفحات الانترنت.ومع دخول الليل اختلط افراد الشرطة والمحتجون في ميدان التحرير وتقاسم بعضهم الطعام. ولم يظهر بعض المحتجين علامة على الرحيل اثناء الليل.وصدرت بعض الدعوات عبر الانترنت لمزيد من الاحتجاجات في الايام القادمة.

وقال ابراهيم (33 عاما) في المحلة الكبرى التي شهدت اعمال شغب عام 2008 بسبب نقص الخبز المدعوم وارتفاع الاسعار "تجمعنا هنا للمطالبة بحقوقنا. لا يمكننا العيش. كل شيء اسعاره غالية وتوجد بطالة. نريد خفض الاسعار. الحكومة سبب معاناتنا."وخرجت مظاهرات اخرى في الاسماعيلية والسويس في شرق البلاد وفي مدن اخرى في دلتا النيل مثل المنصورة وطنطا. وتجمع محتجون ايضا في شمال سيناء.وهتف المحتجون في الاسماعيلية "يا حرية فينك فينك". 

وفي الاسكندرية رددوا "ثورة ثورة زي (مثل) البركان ضد مبارك الجبان."ومع اندلاع مصادمات في القاهرة هتف بعض المحتجين "سلمية.. سلمية." ودعوا المتظاهرين الى عدم القاء شيء على الشرطة او الممتلكات.وقال مصدر امني ان 15 شخصا اعتقلوا في القاهرة. وقالت جماعة للمحامين ان حوالي 85 شخصا اعتقلوا في انحاء مصر. 

وقال مصدر اخر ان ضابطي شرطة اصيبا في السويس بحجارة المحتجين.وفي شمال سيناء قال شهود ومصدر امني ان عشرات المحتجين اضرموا النار في اطارات وأغلقوا طريقا ساحليا الى رفح على الحدود مع قطاع غزة ودعوا لاطلاق سراح سجناء. 

وشهدت المنطقة توترات بين البدو والشرطة.والقى بيان لوزارة الداخلية على جماعة الاخوان المسلمين بمسؤولية قيادة الاحتجاجات وقال انه "بالرغم من النهج الاثارى الذى تبناه المحرضون على التجمع... بدعوى تصعيد مطالبهم وفى مقدمتهم جماعة الاخوان وما يسمى بحركتى 6 ابريل وكفاية وكذا الجمعية الوطنية للتغييرـ فقد تم السماح لهم بتنظيم الوقفات الاحتجاجية."

واضاف "التزمت قوات الشرطة منذ بداية هذا التحرك فى حوالى الحادية عشر صباحا بتأمين تلك الوقفات وعدم التعرض لها."ودعا البيان الى "ضرورة انهاء تلك التجمعات تفادياً لتداعيها على نحو يخل بالامن العام."وتوقع محللون ان تتخذ السلطات موقفا متسامحا خشية اثارة غضب من النوع الذي دفع التونسيين الى اسابيع من الاضطرابات قبل الاطاحة بالرئيس زين العابدين بن علي الذي امضى 23 عاما في السلطة.وفر بن علي الى السعودية. 

وهتف بعض المحتجين في القاهرة "يا مبارك يا مبارك.. السعودية في انتظارك."وتعاني احزاب المعارضة المسجلة في مصر من الضعف والتفكك. ولم توجه جماعة الاخوان المسلمين المحظورة التي تعتبر صاحبة اكبر شبكة شعبية في مصر نداءات لاعضائها للمشاركة في المظاهرات لكن قالت ان البعض سيشارك بصورة شخصية.من مروة عوض ودينا زايد

ارتفاع محدود فى البورصة والمؤشر الرئيسى يكسب 0.39 %  

ارتفعت البورصة بشكل محدود خلال تعاملات الاثنين، بفعل عمليات شراء من قبل المستثمرين المصريين في الوقت الذي اتجهت تعاملات الأجانب والعرب نحو البيع.

وأغلق المؤشر الرئيسي للأسهم النشطة  egx30 مرتفعاً 0.39  % ، بعد أن كسب  26 نقطة، ليستقر عند  6723 نقطة،  بينما ارتفع مؤشرا الأسعار بنسب وصلت إلى  2.3 % بعد صعود أسعار إغلاق  152 ورقة مالية في مقابل  انخفاض 22  ورقة أخرى.

 

وبلغت التعاملات الإجمالية،  1.08 مليار جنيه، متضمنة تعاملات على السندات بنظام المتعاملون الرئيسيون، وسط ارتفاع شبه جماعي للأسهم القائدة بنسب تراوحت بين 0.4% و 2% تصدرتها أسهم بايونيرز القابضة، و مجموعة طلعت مصطفى، وأوراسكوم تليكوم، ومجموعة عامر جروب، والبنك التجاري الدولي، فيما انخفضت أسهم أوراسكوم للإنشاء، بشكل طفيف متجاهلة إعلان الشركة عن توقيع إتفاقية مع شركة إعمار مصر للقيام بالأعمال التجارية لبعض مشاريعها بقيمة إجمالية 800 مليون جنيه.

ويشمل نطاق العمل الهيكل الخرساني، بالإضافة إلى التشطيبات الداخلية والخارجية للفيلات، ومن المتوقع الانتهاء من الأعمال الإنشائية في غضون 22 شهراً.

وتأثرت أسهم عامر جروب، بإعلان الشركة عن استعدادتها لافتتاح المرحله الأولى من مشروع «بورتو طرطوس» أكبر المشروعات السياحية في سوريا خلال هذا الأسبوع .

ويتكون المشروع من أكثر من 3715 شقه فندقيه، ومول تجاري يضم أكثر من 25000 متر مربع من المحلات و100000 متر مربع مساحة مكاتب، ويضم المشروع أكثر من 35 مطعم و كافيه عالمي، ولأول مارينا عالميه لليخوت لتفتح أبواب السياحه الأوروبيه للبحر الأبيض المتوسط في طرطوس.
